Before booking tickets, please make sure that you understand the following:

• The tower tour is not suitable for wheelchair or mobility scooter users.
• The tower tour is strenuous and unsuitable for visitors with medical conditions that are affected by physical exertion, heights and confined spaces.
• You will be on your feet for a full 70 minutes.
• You will need to negotiate 124 steps, 71 of which involve a narrow spiral stone staircase.
• The digitally mapped display inside the clock tower contains flashing lights and loud sounds which may affect you if you suffer from photosensitivity Epilepsy.
• There is no option to experience part of the tour – customers must be able to complete the full 70 minute tour or remain in the lower ground floor visitor centre.
• It isn’t possible to join a tour once it’s departed from the lower ground floor visitor centre and we don’t offer refunds or swap tickets if you miss your time slot.
